About Heart Golf

At Heart Golf, I understand the challenges golfers face when dealing with the aftermath of a heart attack or other health conditions. Our expert health coaches  have the relevant knowledge and offer a combination of personalised 1-on-1 sessions and group support to help you maintain and improve your health and fitness through the game you love. Golf is an excellent way to stay active, social, and we're here to guide you every step of the way.

Heart Attack

This will depend on your own circumstances and specific cardiac condition.
It is recommended that you have an assessment with a cardiac rehabilitation (CR) exercise professional who will provide you with advice and guidance. 


If you have had open heart surgery, you should wait at least 12 weeks before returning to golf to ensure that the

It is recommended that you have an assessment with a cardiac rehabilitation (CR) exercise professional who will provide you with advice and guidance. 


If you have had open heart surgery, you should wait at least 12 weeks before returning to golf to ensure that the breast  bone has healed. 


If you have had a pacemaker or implantable cardio enter device (ICD) then, dependent on your device, you may need to wait for a period of 6 weeks to elapse to allow the leads to settle.

Osteoarthritis & Joint Pain


Speak to us straight away! 

Osteoarthritis is a condition that causes joints to become painful and stiff. 

 

Some people also experience symptoms such as:

  • Swelling;
  • Tenderness; and
  • A grating or crackling sound when moving the affected joints.

The severity of Osteoarthritis symptoms can vary greatly from person to person, and between different affected joints.
